This key position will be a part of a diverse IT team to fully support and improve all equipment service and availability of the network – and requires a person who has experience with customer services and is a strong team player.
The primary responsibility is to provide a range of technical support to our on-site employees and customers. Customer service is our priority and daily customer interaction must be at exceptional levels on a daily basis. The Network Engineer will be expected to be a contributing key player on our Technical Support Team and provide backup as needed for other Network Technicians.
This role provides proactive network and server maintenance along with Tier 2 & 3 responses to ticket service requests for technical support. This role will also be directly involved as need with security on the network and may be required to attend security training and/or conferences..

Information Assurance - IA Level II Preferred
Experience or working toward an Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO) or (ISSM) is a major plus
